Female Orgasm

Highlights

The means is the end...
There’s a lot of nonsense going around about female orgasm. That is why we’d like to set out the facts and information about it here clearly. Before going any further, we want to emphasize that the way orgasm is achieved is perhaps the most important thing about it. Be fully in the moment, enjoy your arousal, let yourself be carried away by the waves of pleasure and astonishment. Consider the orgasm, when it comes, as an extra, satisfying gift. Some women have known the feeling of orgasm since they were very young. If that was not the case for you, don’t be concerned. It is never too late to learn! It’s generally true that a woman’s sexuality develops as she gets older. Your sexual capacity increases with the years. The more mature your body, the more spectacular your physical and orgasmic sensations!

The clitoris
The external clitoris has an enormous number of nerve ends and branches that run to deep in the vagina, and is very sensitive to stimulation. Stimulation of the crown of the clitoris causes swelling and promotes blood circulation through the organ and moisturizing the vagina. With continued stimulation, after a while muscle tension becomes more intense and sensitivity increases. The clitoris becomes increasingly sensitive, and some women also experience vaginal contractions. These contractions are often harbingers of clitoral orgasm. But of course you can also experience them as sensations in and of themselves, and concentrate on the feeling in your vagina. Our experience is that too much emphasis on the one comes at the expense of the other. A vibrator offers you the possibility for slow, very concentrated stimulation of all sensitive places and delaying an orgasm for a long time without tiring yourself out. If you concentrate entirely on clitoral orgasm, for instance, there is a good chance that you will bypass the sensation in your vagina. A vibrator in combination with a dildo, or, for example, Tarzan, can provide satisfaction both inside and out.

The G-Spot
Your G-Spot, also known as the Gräfenberg spot, is several square centimeters in size and can contribute to great sensitivity during penetration. This sensitive spot lies on the internal, ventral side of your vagina, about 2.5 to 4 centimeters up. It is s spongy bit of tissue that fills with fluid as sexual excitement increases. It is most easily found by inserting a bent finger. With your fingertip you will then feel a somewhat rougher bit of skin that responds to being rubbed (a small, up and down movement of your finger). However, you can also clearly see the location of the G-spot if you spread your vagina open sideways with a speculum.

Don’t try it dry
G-spot vibrators are very effective for stimulating this special place. Some men will also have a penis that is perfectly shaped for stimulating the G-spot. There are also other things you can do to get this stimulation. For example, you can sit on top of the man during intercourse, or let yourself be penetrated from behind. Both positions are good for G-spot stimulation.
But don’t try it dry! It is important that you already be sexually aroused before you try to stimulate your G-spot. When you are aroused, the spongy tissue fills with fluid so that the spot is easy to locate and stimulate. It is very effective (and feels very good!) to stimulate your G-spot while having your clitoris licked or otherwise stimulated.

G-Spot versus clitoris
Stimulating the G-spot produces a different feeling from stimulating the clitoris. Clitoral stimulation produces an electrical, somewhat superficial tension that builds up quickly. Stimulating the G-spot gives a somewhat more subdued but deeper excitement that spreads more slowly. One consequence of this slower arousal is that the place is often less clearly felt. Many women have therefore not realized that the G-spot can give them orgasms.
The intensity of the orgasm is influenced by the pelvic nerve, one of the strongest nerves in our body. This nerve connects the G-spot with the ganglia of the backbone and the upper abdomen, and is difficult to control. It is therefore a bit more difficult for us to control G-spot orgasms than clitoral orgasms. Experience all these feelings that can explode together and trust your body. Surrender to them, because sex is also between your ears!

Female ejaculation
Pressure on the G-spot can cause a woman to ejaculate, even before orgasm. This is definitely not urine, if you ever thought that was what it was. It is also odorless. The tissue of the G-spot contains an enzyme that is normally found only in the male prostrate gland. This male gland produces the fluid that keeps the sperm alive after ejaculation. The presence of this prostrate enzyme in the G-spot could indicate a comparable fluid. This could be an explanation for female ejaculation.

The PC muscle: Use it or lose it

Both clitoral and G-spot orgasms can often be recognized more or less clearly as a climax that builds to a peak, followed by a period of recovery. Yet there are also many women who can experience a continuous series of orgasms. You can easily encourage this phenomenon yourself by making active use of your PC muscle (pubococcygeus muscle), one of the lower pelvic muscles. This vaginal muscle runs from the anus, under the pelvis, to the clitoris. The pubococcygeus muscle supports the reproductive organs and surrounds the anus, vagina and urethra, and is the muscle that allows you to contract your vagina and G-spot. Exercising this lower pelvic muscle is therefore a very good way to learn to know your vaginal sensations, to control your orgasms and heighten your sensitivity for G-spot stimulation and encourage ejaculations. If, for instance, you feel little in penetration, that absolutely does not have to be the fault of sexual failures or inhibitions on your part. Nor is it necessarily the fault of your lover or your vibrator. There is a good chance that your lower pelvic muscles are too slack. Just like all the other muscles in your body, you have to train these muscles by exercise. That is really very important - particularly if you have given birth to children!
Ready to try? Then get to work quickly, and exercise your PC muscle in the way that suits you best. You can make it even more pleasant for yourself by using products from the Mail & Female selection such as: Energy or the Tantric Egg, or even a nice dildo or vibrator work great too!

The vibrator
Whatever you do, make sure that you have experimented with a vibrator at least once. Have you already tried it, and didn't bother to repeat the experience, because it did not stimulate you enough? Give yory slef at least one more chance, using a more powerful vibrator! In cases like this we often recommend the Classic. Perhaps you are just not a vibrator person, but there is a good chance that a really good vibrator will be a start toward a much more varied and satisfying sex life, not ‘because you need it’, but just to do yourself a favor. And may you have many orgasms!
